Dames offers a 24 hour cancellation / re-schedule notification option. There will be no charge  if you cancel or re-schedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. A charge of $50, or full cost of service if less than $50, is charged to no-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please contact the Spa directly at 619-575-7047

The best little secret is D'ames day spa in I.B.. The staff is friendly &
great and the owner Christine is wonderful. Not only do they cater
to your every need but, they go beyond. Debbie is great with
massage and facials. I really do feel like am pampered. LOVE IT.
